It was 1940 when David, a devoted and pious priest, was assigned to work at the cathedral in a small town, Centralia, where he experienced an eerie transformation. Two years later, a devastating explosion destroyed the main cathedral, killing almost everyone. Two theories tried to explain the mysterious destruction: some said it was because of structural and construction faults, but others swore it was because of a fierce fight between good and evil, with demons lurking inside this holy place.
One of the survivors, a newborn named Pan, whose mother, a nun, died in the collapse, was adopted by a lovely couple, the Colders, who raised the girl with all the love and care she deserved. Time goes by and little Pan felt, sometimes, an uneasiness regarding her surroundings: she was able to see “the other world” through her “vibrating” eye, as she thought it was. From then on, her life was filled with these awkward moments. Then, after the death of a dear friend, she decided to leave town to pursue her academic career in a university far away from Centralia. She returned for her 25th birthday. And from then on, people she knew and loved began to die, violently. Centralia was beginning to look like a ghost town, with death hovering over it. She felt she was responsible, but couldn’t explain herself how. With the help of her dear friend Trina, she began her quest… unaware of where it would lead her… but she was sure of one thing: it was the battle between GOOD and EVIL.
